We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card or bank transfer.
As for the bank transfer, we well request all appropriate documents to be delivered.
Payment for our services must be confirmed in writing and, in the case of a bank transfer, it must be made within 7 days from the invoice date. Please also note that if the order involves a combination of conference and gastronomic service, we will expect a down payment amounting to 40 per cent of total estimated costs, a copy of the transfer receipt to be faxed to us.
Booking cancellation does not involve any costs, provided it is made no later than 10 days before the date of the event.
If effected at least 5 days before the event, such a cancellation will be charged at 50 per cent of the rental price.
If effected less than 5 days before the event, the cancellation will have to be charged at 100 per cent of the rental price.
